The offer on Hotspots is applicable to all Helium Mobile Indoor and Outdoor Hotspots purchased through the official https://www.helium.com, and is only valid for one (1) Hotspot per person.
To qualify for the Helium Mobile Phone Plan discount, you must be either a new subscriber to the Air or Infinity Plans, or an existing subscriber who upgrades from the Zero Plan to an Air or Infinity Plan during the offer period, and remain on your Helium Mobile plan for two full billing cycles after signing up or upgrading.
Shipping
Helium Mobile is not responsible for lost shipments. In the event of a lost shipment, the customer should file a case with UPS or other courier with supporting evidence and documentation.
